O Painel do Conhecimento (Knowledge Panel) do Google minha luta para corrigir nome e dados no resultado da busca por “Cláudio César Dias Baptista”

O TIME NORTE-AMERICANO DO GOOGLE MOSTROU-SE CORRETO E ISENTO DE googlepalhaços EM 08-07-2018 (IDEM, O TIME BRASILEIRO EM 09-07-2018), QUANDO CORRIGIU O MEU NOME NOS RESULTADOS PARA BROWSERS CONFIGURADOS EM INGLÊS, ONDE BUSCANDO-SE POR “CLÁUDIO CÉSAR DIAS BAPTISTA” PASSOU A APARECER O NOME COMPLETO NO RETÂNGULO À DIREITA DO RESULTADO, QUE SE CHAMA “PAINEL DO CONHECIMENTO (KNOWLEDGE PANEL)” E MOSTROU CORRETAMENTE A MINHA PROFISSÃO PRINCIPAL: “AUTHOR”; MAS, NO DIA SEGUINTE, MUDOU-ME A PROFISSÃO PARA “MUSICIAN”, PORTANTO, IGUALOU-SE ENTÃO EM MALIGNIDADE AO TIME BRASILEIRO DO GOOGLE E ÀS WIKIPÉDIAS.
PARA BROWSERS CONFIGURADOS EM PORTUGUÊS, O TIME BRASILEIRO DO GOOGLE TAMBÉM CORRIGIU O MEU NOME EM 09-07-2018, QUE ORA APARECE COMPLETO E CORRETO, PORÉM NÃO COLOCOU A PROFISSÃO DE “AUTOR” - FICOU EM BRANCO, POIS CONSEGUI QUE TIRASSEM “MÚSICO”; MAS, NO DIA SEGUINTE, RECOLOCOU A PROFISSÃO EM “MÚSICO”, PORTANTO, NÃO MERECEU CONFIANÇA, IGUAL O TIME NORTE-AMERICANO DO GOOGLE.
PARECIA QUE ALGUÉM NO GOOGLE DOS EUA E DO BRASIL NÃO QUERIA COLOCAR-ME COMO “AUTOR”, TAL QUAL O IMPEDIRAM AS MALFADADAS WIKIPÉDIAS, ONDE É PROIBIDO TER LÉXICON DUAS VEZES O DE SHAKESPEARE!
EM 24-08-2018, NOVA MALIGNIDADE DO TIME DO GOOGLE: SUBSTITUÍRAM “MUSICIAN/MÚSICO” POR “LUTHIER/VIOLEIRO” NO SUBTÍTULO DO MEU NOME NO PAINEL DO CONHECIMENTO PARA BUSCAS VIA GOOGLE.
EM 26-08-2018 o Time do Google mudou (novamente) o subtítulo no Painel do Conhecimento para “Author” e “Autor”, respectivamente nas configurações de browsers em inglês e em português, ao que agradeço enquanto durar.
Assim como no ótimo filme “O Jovem Frankenstein” [Young Frankenstein (1974)], dirigido por Mel Brooks, o primeiro dos dois gênios intitulou deliciosamente certo livro com esta frase: How I did it!, eis a mensagem decisiva enviada por mim ao pessoal do Google, que (após anos de tentativas minhas) começou a atender-me via e-mail respondível - até então as respostas do Google foram todas via e-mails no-reply.
Tal mensagem escrevi logo antes de mudarem o subtítulo para “Author/Autor” no Painel do Conhecimento. Quando as pessoas são educadas comigo (e vezes até quando não), mantenho os bons modos. Aqui está a mensagem:
Hello (Person 1),
Thank you for the answer.
The department where you, (Person 2) and (Person 3) works in Google company is the only one, during several years, whose members answered my messages, all of them due to disinformation published in the Knowledge Panel (KP) about my personal name and my work.
I already knew and know what you tell*, but anyway am very grateful for the help given by your coleague (Person 2) (that asked me for the continued information), your coleague (person 3) (at June 20, 2018) and now by yourself.
As Google is the same company where the responsibles for the suggestions to edit the KP and you three above work, and as you three are the only contact I reached in these several years, I hope this same ambient of work will let you do something, the possible, to help Google Team solve the issues that are showing for long term in the KP result of search via Google for my name “Cláudio César Dias Baptista”.
This help is not only for me but also for your company: Google will be improved when all the issues are solved and the KP is correctly published, because what happens between Google and myself happens also between Google and perhaps thousands of users of your important service, where respect for truth and individuals I hope is the most important goal.

Foi obtida por mim junto ao Google a presença dos nomes de Dalgiza e Rafael no Painel do Conhecimento, tal qual consegui a inserção das fotos de Dalgiza e de meu pai César nos Painéis acessados pelos respectivos links. As fotos de Sérgio, Arnaldo e Clarisse já se achavam ali. - CCDB
